Powerful pair
For the first time in 10 years, the syndicated versions ol "Star Trek"
are not atop Nielsen's seasonal rankings of weekly syndicated series.
According to Nielsen, "Xena: Warrior Princess" and "Hercules: The
Legendary Journeys" are tied for No. 1 for the season, edging out "Star
Trek: Deep Space Nine." Before "Deep Space Nine," its forerunner, "The
Next Generation," ruled the syndicated rankings. — R.H.
