DWTS Update ....

The dream is over for Marissa tonight - she has been voted out. She danced superbly (thanks LB & Pat for the updates) and Lucy was there again in the front row to give her friend a standing ovation. New American TV series to film in NZ

News contributed by Barbara Davies Stuff.co.nz - Tuesday, 13 May 2008 The producer of television series Hercules, and Xena: Warrior Princess is returning to New Zealand to produce a new swords and sorcery television series. In a growing trend for American television, Rob Tapert will skip the step of making a pilot programme and go straight into production of 22 episodes of Wizard's First Rule for Disney-ABC Domestic Television and ABC Studios.... The major roles will use American actors while New Zealand actors are likely to be used for some of the minor parts. Click here to read more

New Lucy DVD - Adventures of the Black Stallion

The Adventures of the Black Stallion : The Complete Third Season, is now available for pre-order from Amazon.  This set includes Lucy's performance as horse trainer Sarah McFee from the episode "Riding The Volcano," which was filmed in 1993.  The dvd set is expected to be released on May 27th. We treat the most critically ill children in New Zealand and we couldn’t give them such good care without our wonderful friends and supporters both in NZ and overseas.   You have shown such generosity at this time - in celebration of Lucy’s 40th birthday – and collectively have raised a tremendous NZ$9,462.22!
