April 30th is the deadline for all submissions for the first edition of FOF.

For Collection One, You can choose to send us any of the following:

Scene re-enactments
Music Videos
"I'm Impressed!" - Xena character/actor impersonations
"Show us your Bits" - show off your merchandise!
Fanfic
Top Ten lists
"Your Shout" - give us your best Xena Warcry

There will hopefully be many more editions to come, with many more collections (believe me, we have a few in mind!!) so hit us with your best shot, and we look forward to showing you to the rest of the Xenaverse.

FOF FAQ.

1. What is FOF?

FOF stands for “Faces of the Fans”. It's a DVD made by fans, about fans, for fans! (of course, everything is related back to Xena!).
Collection one, the first of the FOF series, will include segments such as "Xena scene -creations", Xena impressions (these can be either from the show, or impressions of certain Xena celebs!), Music Video's, Top Ten Lists, "Show us your bits" (your chance to show off your Xena collection to the rest of the Xenaverse), hilarious Xena mocumentaries, and other surprises you won't find out about until you get your DVD!

2. What's this gonna cost me?

Absolutely Nothin'!!! We don't want your money, honey, we want your Eli... uhh, love. *grins*. This is non-profit and recreational, all we need is your help in postage and handling. Being Xenites, we naturally thought of the Greater Good, and therefore encourage a donation to the charity of your choice upon arrival of FOF. Alternatively, we will be making a group donation to FOF Collection one's charity, National Breast Cancer Foundation. You can offer a donation through us, and we will forward all donations as a whole, under the name of "Your friendly neighbourhood Xenites".

3. How can I be involved?

Funny you should ask! Are you a Xena Fan...?...Sorry... what was that?..
 Yes? All you need to do, is get EXCITED, get CREATIVE, GET READY!!! We don't discriminate, you don't have to be the best to be on FOF.

You don't have to be rich, you don't have to be witty, you just have to be a Xena fan with a lot of enthusiasm!! If you have access to a video camera, why don't you recreate your fave Xena scene? or "Show us your bits!", record your best Xena warcry, heck! we'll accept any crazy Xena fandom thing you wanna send us! Why should we give you the idea's?? We like Surprises! *giggles* Don't have a video camera? Send us your Music Vids!! Send us your Xena Fan Art! Send us your photos of YOU and your FRIENDS from the Xena conventions or other self-organised Xena
festivities! Do you love writing fanfic? We're going to be including a bonus CD-ROM with a selection of choice fanfic, simple yet hilarious games (eg. "Perdicus"-pong, and "Flame Grilled Chicken" a la Callisto). Have a crack at your top ten skills... (cause we all know as Xenites, we have MANY skills!). Check the submissions list to find out what we require for Collection one of FOF.

4. Who the Hell are you guys??

G'day! If you didn't quite get where we are from, we're the Canberra Xena Gang, from Canberra, AUSTRALIA. (THATS THE CAPITAL!!!!!). We're bored uni students/crazed Xenites, with too much on our plate, but Hey, we're gluttons for punishment! We're just "normal Xenites"... well, we're Xenites, anyway. We're just up for a lot of fun, a lot of laughs, making sure the Xenaverse stays alive!

5. Why should I send you anything?

Because in order for FOF to be successful, we need as many submissions
 from as many fans as possible! Doesn't matter where you're from, what you do, or who you are, we want to see what you can do! This is your chance to be part of an awesome fan based project. Don't get us wrong, Creation gives us hours of fanTAStic Xenaful entertainment, but lets face it... us Xenites have appetites and although dear ol' Sharon works her little patootie off to quench our thirst, Frankly, damnit, it just ain’t enough! We do appreciate everything she gives us, and think it quite unreasonable to ask her for more. SO! We believe that a lot of satisfaction resulting from conventions is due to fan interaction (woah, not to mention Renée and Lucy in go-go outfits, jumping out of a CAKE!!!!! *pauses for reflection*)
FOF is a DVD by fans, for fans, ABOUT fans, and their ability to combine their passion for the show with their uniqueness and other talents.

6. What happens once I've sent you my submissions?

You can edit, or we can edit, send it however you want. We will put it in its respective category, and embarrassed whack it onto the DVD. Then once it's completed, we send the DVD to you, and BAM! Xena fan goodness.

7. Where do I send my stuff?

Hi, my name's Amazon Penny and I'll be your guide for today! Once you've
 decided what you want to submit (Music Video's, scene re-creations, fanfic, fan art, Merchandise collection -"Show us your bits", top ten lists, your best Xena warcry, original songs, flash animations, Xena games, photos of you and other Xenites, photos of you with Xena stars, and anything else you want to show other Xenites from around the world!!), e-mail Canberraxenagang@hotmail.com  and I'll give you an address to send your entries to!
