"Now that the event's passed, I can tell you that  'Xena' star Lucy Lawless
attended last Saturday's wedding of her show sidekick Renee 'Gabrielle'
O'Connor under the cloud of a death threat.  Besides her private bodyguards,
Lawless--whose show, it was just announced, will go off the air next summer--
was accompanied to the Sweethome Missionary Baptist Church and the reception
afterward at the Stephen F. Austin Hotel by two DPS [Department of Public 
Safety] officers."
